To secure the booking, Renter must transfer 50% of the total price. This payment is fully refundable if canceled more than 45 days before the arrival date.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid by this date, the booking will be canceled and the 50% payment will not be refundable.
If canceled within 30 days of the arrival date, the full amount is non-refundable.
All payments will be collected by Same Day Funding Inc on behalf of Only Moorea Company.
A security deposit of $500 is required and must be paid along with the remaining balance. The deposit will be refunded within [30] days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages, if applicable.
The Renter acknowledges that they take full responsibility for their own safety and that of any guests, and hereby waive any liability claims against the Company, Only Moorea Company, or any other associated parties for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the rental period.
The Renter agrees to be financially responsible for any damages done to the property during the rental period. The Company has the right to charge the Renter for any repairs or replacements needed. If damage is recorded, the Renter agrees to reimburse the Company for the cost of repair or replacement.
If the Renter cancels the booking more than 45 days before the arrival date, the 50% payment will be fully refunded.
If the Renter cancels the booking between 45 and 30 days before the arrival date, the 50% payment is non-refundable.
If the Renter cancels the booking within 30 days of arrival, the full payment is non-refundable.
By signing this Agreement, the Renter agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
